How to Use

Unless otherwise directed by your health-care professional, apply one pump each morning to thin-skinned areas: inside of wrists, chest, inner arms/thighs or behind knees. Rotate application areas every few days. Click here to see it being applied.

If you begin to feel better/stronger/higher libido/energy and do not have symptoms of overuse you can increase to one pump in morning AND evening. Symptoms of overuse include feeling edgy or aggressive or having oily skin or breakouts. If you have these symptoms you're taking too much, cut the dose in half.
